Legacy Consultants and Associates LLC was founded to serve a group of people who are often given either too much information or none at all: the real estate professional running a business between showings, the person setting up a company for the first time, and the buyer who needs their credit file to reflect reality before a lender looks at it.
Those look like three different problems. They are usually one problem in three costumes — something in the foundation was never set up, and it is now holding up a decision that matters.
The firm works with clients one to one, by phone and online, from its base in Beachwood, Ohio. Clients are local and out of state; the work does not change with the distance.
What you can expect is a straight read on your situation, a plan written in plain language, and no pressure to buy anything you do not need. What we will not do is tell you something is fine when it is not, or sell you a service that does not fit what you told us.

Nobody gets a package off a shelf. The first thing we do is understand how your business or your credit file actually stands, because the useful advice is almost never the generic advice.

The plan is yours, and the work is done on your timeline. We are here to give you the order of operations and the honest answer when something is not worth your money.
We stay reachable
Consulting that ends the moment the invoice clears is not much use. We check back in on the plan and answer the questions that come up while you are carrying it out.
Where we are and where we work
The firm is based in Beachwood, Ohio and works with clients across the United States. Most engagements run by phone and online, which means your location is never the deciding factor.
